Paul Kinkaid

Paul works with leaders who are doing a good job, but know they can do better. In organisations of 25 people or more, the levels of leadership can create a problem in terms of communication and top down leadership. Paul helps these organisations build an organic leadership capability which means decisions are made where the information is held rather than being pushed up.

His focus falls within three main areas: self, team, and strategy and is invited to speak at live and virtual events about his own Forensic Leadership® approach and accelerating performance.

Paul's leadership philosophy is that great leadership comes from a position of care, and he demonstrates this in his work with clients across a range of sectors, as well as UK Ambassadors and international governmental clients.

His first book is called Forensic Leadership: The Traces We Leave Behind, explores the relationships within leadership through a framework of "traces".
